Inositol lipid...

Here we list many of the readily available tools to acutely manipulate inositol lipids in specific cellular compartments via the rapamycin induced dimerization of FRB and FKBP domains. We list available FRB-fused organelle-specific recruitment domains as well as FKBP-fused lipid metabolizing enzymes. The are conjugated to a variety of fluorescent proteins for visualization in cells.
